 Why was the Foundation created?

The Carolina Meadows Foundation, Inc. was established for the purpose of supporting Carolina Meadows, Inc. It creates a structured vehicle for the generosity that already exists, and it connects our generous gift-givers with the areas of greatest need within the Caroline Meadows community. The Foundation allows a broader pathway for generous donors to contribute to the current and future success of Carolina Meadows, Inc.


Can I make a memorial or tribute gift?

Yes! Any gift to the Carolina Meadows Foundation, Inc. may be designated in memory or honor of a loved one, family member, friend, colleague, caregiver or anyone else you care about. You can easily make memorial gifts online via our Donate Now button.  If you are donating through check, please note on the check who you are honoring. The dollar amount of your gift will not be disclosed.

Is my gift eligible for a tax deduction?

The Carolina Meadows Foundation is a charitable not-for-profit, tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization, employer identification number (EIN): 82-5385916. Any donation will receive an acknowledgement thank you letter with that information. Please always see your tax advisor for specific questions. 

Are additional gift types accepted?

Yes, additional gifts may be accepted in accordance with the Carolina Meadows Foundation, Inc. Gift Acceptance Policies. Please contact the Foundation to learn more.

 

How can I increase the impact of my gift?

Many companies will double the value of charitable gifts made by their employees, board members and retirees. Please check if the company you work for or have retired from has a gift matching program.

 

If I’ve already included CMF in my will, who should I tell?

Please contact the Foundation if you have already included us in your estate planning. Our goal is to thank you in advance, and ensure your legacy is fulfilled.
